All orders ship within one business day from Toronto, Canada. Canada Post Expedited shipping is free on all orders over $65, and we charge a $10 flat rate fee on all orders under $65. We do not ship outside of Canada.

We ship all orders in plain security envelopes or cardboard boxes and we wrap the contents in kraft paper.

The only information displayed on the exterior of the package is the recipient's name and address and our shipping address in Toronto. Our company name will not appear on the shipping label.

If you pay via credit card or e-transfer, our company name will appear as CAYA Co-operative Ltd not GenderGear.

All of our prices are listed and invoiced in CAD.
