We're happy to accept returns on all binders and books in "new" condition. If you'd like to return a binder or book, please contact us at info@gendergear.ca and we'll arrange a return.

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, all other items cannot be returned unless defective.

We offer a one year in-house warranty on all items we stock! Get in touch if you find an item you've purchased from us isn't working properly and we'll arrange to send you a replacement.
