Of all the Underworks Chest Binders we carry, the Ultimate binder is, well, pretty ultimate. It is a full length binder made of two layers of nylon & spandex that binds all the way down to the hip- meaning not only does it bind the chest, but the belly and hips too. Folks love it for straightening all kinds of lines, however, it is also the most constrictive binder we stock. Additionally, it is also the binder most likely to ride up the torso, but you can cut it to length or just tuck it into your pants or underwear to prevent this.
Made from medical grade 70% nylon and 30% spandex knit, that conforms to your body and moves with you, the tank binder is full length and can be tucked in to your trousers.
Binder Sizing: With arms down on side, take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your chest. All measurements below are in inches.

I ordered XS (my measurements were a half inch bigger than suggested) and it fits great — a bit snug but breathable. And the result is EXACTLY what I wanted. Flat but natural. Looks best with a shirt layered over!

I take my mesurent with my old binder which was too loose and the size is perfect and the construction is not to much. You can trust the size charte if you ordering on this web site. And i love the quality.
I love this binder. I have lost 100 lbs, but my breasts are still a size G. I've had so much difficulty finding a binder that fit and offer any compression. This tank binder offers great compression and the lenght also offers body compression as well. I do need to stitch some darts in it for a perfect fit, but 10 out of 10 would recommend and will buy again.
Really does bind the whole way down. I love it. Sometimes when my tummy needs a break I fold it up over my chest. A little tricky to get on sometimes, because it's a full length binder, just like Spanx are tricky.

I purchased two binders to try. The 997 and the 998. Both work well for me. The compression was good/comfortable. I can wear all day with no issues breathing/pain or discomfort. Some people experienced the 997 rolling up, but I did not find that to be the case. The shirt is super long, and I have a longer torso. It easily tucked into my jeans/pants. I do prefer the fabric of the 998, and would say that is my fav between the two. I have a larger chest and my issue is with shifting as I move/cross my arms etc. I have come back to order some binding tape to see if a combination of both may work better for me. Also, packaging is discreet and it arrived quickly. I appreciate that I didn't have to order from the U.S.
